Cancellations
You may cancel your room reservation until four weeks before arrival date without any charge (except Christmas and New Year’s Eve). In case of short-term cancellations up to 70% of the confirmed price will be charged. This also applies to early departure. Any cancellations must be done in writing. If the room can be rented out again no charges will arise.
