The optimal position of the Hotel EUROPÄISCHER HOF in the Gastein Valley is ideal for skiing in the sun in Sportgastein, the highest lying ski area in the Gastein Valley. Even when the golfers are already hitting balls on the lush greens in Sportgastein there is still the very best Winter and piste conditions. Due to the altitude of Sportgastein the ski lift is open every year until 1st May.

Special tip: ski route 1 + 2: variants, as far as the eye can see. After thousands of metres altitude deep snow and dream mogul slopes you land in the valley floor of Sportgastein. Please pay attention to the warning signs and the exclusion zones!
