Archery parcours
Begin at the only archery parcours in the Gastein Valley after a brief lesson right at the Waldgasthof in the Romaticarena Angertal and takes you hunting over open country and through an idyllic woodland path for life-size reproductions of animals.
You have to ‘shoot’ the animals with an arrow to collect points as a reward for each hit. The points are tallied so it can be decided who was the best "hunter" in the game.
There is equipment available for all large and small hunters in our own bow hire area. Time needed for 1 round is approx. 1.5 hours. The hunting season starts from Whitsun and ends in mid October. The close season for our "animals" is every Monday and Tuesday (closing day). In August it is only Tuesday (closing day).

Experience for yourself the exciting feeling of finding gold. Pan the high-quality Trauern gold from the sand using a special pan. E An experienced gold-panning expert will introduce you to the realm of the sought-after precious metal. You are guaranteed to find gold. Try your luck! An exciting experience for everyone!

We stay a while in this beautiful place, in the Prossau, to have a good honest rest and then finally make our way back to the hotel.
One of these routes can also be covered by a horse-drawn carriage.
