Arrival and departure
Check-in is from 3 pm. Please vacate your room by 11 am on the day of your departure. If possible, your room will be available to you till 6 pm at an extra charge of 35 EUR per person.
Pets
Pets are welcome in our hotel. Please ask about our special service. You can bring your four-legged friends into the lobby, Schubert’s Café and Bar, the Gasteiner Klause and onto Schubert’s Terrace
Hotel dress code
Smart casual. We would kindly request evening dress for festive occasions like Christmas and New Year. For excursions and walks we recommend practical and comfortable clothing to suit the weather and sturdy shoes.
Cancellations
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 4 weeks before the date of arrival (except Christmas and New Year). For cancellations at short notice we charge up to 70 % of the confirmed price. The same also applies for early departures. Cancellations must be made in writing. If it is possible to re-book the room, you will not be charged, of course.
