Every year the world’s best pro women tennis players meet in the Salzburger Land for the NÜRNBERGER Gastein Ladies WTA tournament. The top quality sporting event take place from 13 to 21 July 2013.
The winner of the NÜRNBERGER Gastein Ladies 2012 was Alize Cornet. The 22-year old French player won in 2 sets agains Belgian Yanina Wickmayer 7:5, 7:6(1).
In the doubles 2012, Julia Görges and Jill Craybas (GER/USA) beat top seeds Anna-Lena Grönefeld and Petra Martic (GER/CRO) with 6:7(4), 6:4, 11:9.
In the summer 2013 the Hotel EUROPÄISCHER HOF will again be the venue for the popular NÜRNBERGER Gastein Ladies WTA tournament.
